Äntligen ska hissarna fixas!/Finally, the elevators will be fixed!

Äntligen har vi fått framgång i vårt ihärdiga arbete med att få ordning på våra hissar. Den reklamation som vi tidigare lämnat in till JM har gett resultat. JM tar på sig ansvaret och kostnaden för att renovera våra hissar. Vi hade idag den 9 februari ett uppstartsmöte med JM och Schindler kring arbetet.

Planen är att påbörja arbetet i mars med hiss 3, den hiss som idag är avstängd, för att sedan göra samma sak med hiss 1. Arbetet består i att byta ut gejdrarna som har havererat i våra hissar. Arbetet kommer ta ca 4 veckor per hiss, lite längre med hiss 3, och kommer medföra oljud samt kortare avstängningar av plan 0 vid hissarna.

Hiss 2, mittenhissen, berörs inte av arbetet då den redan har fått nya gejdrar.

Vi kommer informera kring arbetet och avstängningar, både inför och under arbetet, i god tid för att underlätta så mycket som möjligt för oss boende i huset. 



Finally, we have succeeded in our persistent work to get our elevators in order. The complaint that we previously submitted to JM has yielded results. JM assumes the responsibility and cost of renovating our elevators. Today, February 9, we had a start-up meeting with JM and Schindler regarding the work.

The plan is to start the work in March with elevator 3, the elevator that is closed today, and then do the same with elevator 1. The work consists of replacing the guides that have failed in our elevators. The work will take about 4 weeks per lift, a little longer with lift 3, and will cause noise and shorter shutdowns of level 0 at the lifts.

Lift 2, the middle lift, is not affected by the work as it has already received new guides.

We will inform about the work and suspensions, both before and during the work, in good time to make it as easy as possible for us residents of the house.
