Använd styrelsemailen när ni kontaktar styrelsemedlemmar
Vi vill be er att inte kontakta styrelsemedlemmar på deras privata telefoner eller knacka på deras hem, utan använda de mailadresser som finns angivna på hemsidan.
Vi förstår att ingen vill tränga sig på, men under den senaste tiden har många medlemmar börjat använda de förtroendevaldas privata kanaler att det har blivit ett problem.
Det är ett problem som är tvådelat:
1) ärendet blir inte formellt diariefört, alltså dokumenteras inte som det ska, när samtalet kommer till en privat telefon;
2) det kan finnas fler i hemmet du ringer/knackar på till än den förtroendevalda och då blir ditt samtal, tillsammans med alla de andra medlemmarnas, ett störningsmoment för hela familjen. För övrigt vill styrelsen ha jättemånga kontakter med alla i föreningen.

Use the board email when contacting board members
We would like to ask you not to contact board members on their private phones or knock on their homes, but to use the email addresses listed on the website.
We understand that no one wants to intrude, but recently many members have started using the elected representatives' private channels that it has become a problem.
It is a two-fold problem:
1) the matter is not formally recorded, i.e. not documented properly, when the call comes to a private phone;
2) there may be more people in the home you call/knock on than the elected representative and then your call, together with all the other members', will be a disruption for the entire family. In addition, the board wants to have a lot of contact with everyone in the association.
