Information om varmvattnet
Efter en genomgång av fastigheten, där flera mätpunkter har använts, tyder resultaten på att värmeväxlaren för varmvattnet är orsaken till problemet.
Våning 13-23
- Enligt den information vi har fått ska varmvattenproblemet nu vara åtgärdat på dessa våningar.
- Vänligen återkoppla till styrelsen om ni fortfarande upplever problem med varmvattnet.
Våning 24–36
- En rörmokare kommer idag (2026-06-04) efter 11:20 tiden att genomföra en okulär besiktning av värmeväxlaren.
- Under besiktningen kommer varmvattnet tyvärr att vara avstängt i cirka 1–2 timmar.
- Utifrån resultatet av besiktningen kommer åtgärder att genomföras på värmeväxlaren nu på måndag.
Efter dagens arbete kommer vi även att få mer information om hur lång tid själva åtgärden beräknas ta.

Hot Water Update
Following an inspection of the property, during which several measurement points were used, the findings indicate that the hot water heat exchanger is the source of the problem.
Floors 13–23
- According to the information we have received, the hot water issue should now be resolved on these floors.
- Please contact the Board if you are still experiencing problems with the hot water.
Floors 24–36
- A plumber will carry out a visual inspection of the heat exchanger today (2026-06-04) after 11:20 AM.
- Unfortunately, the hot water supply will be shut off for approximately 1–2 hours during the inspection.
- Based on the results of the inspection, corrective work will be carried out on the heat exchanger this coming Monday.
Following today's work, we will also receive more information regarding the estimated duration of the repair work.
