Vad händer i loungen och på takterrassen då?

Jo, vi har gjort en förändring där då flera av våra utemöbler på terrassen är trasiga och loungen är övermöblerad och behöver en luftigare atmosfär. Detta för att vi alla medlemmar ska trivas där och kunna ta del vår fina lounge året om och vår takterrass främst under vår- sommar och höstsäsongen.
Vi har därför tagit bort och kasserat de trasiga möblerna på takterrassen och ersatt med den ena delen av soffgruppen i loungen. Vi har ordnat 3 stycken lite mindre sittgrupper på takterrassen än de 2 stycken större som var där tidigare.
I loungen finns en soffgrupp kvar på ena halvan av rummet och på den andra halvan i rummet kommer vi att placera 2-3 grupper med enskilda typ cafébord inom kort som kommer att skänkas till oss.
Detta medför en luftigare och rymligare atmosfär i loungen och vi är övertygade om att de medlemmar som stundtals vill vistas där kommer att trivas med nyordningen både i loungen och på takterrassen.
Det bästa är att det inte medfört någon kostnad för föreningen då de som utfört detta jobb, Annika, Rulle och Laszlo utfört arbetet ideellt både för deras egen och föreningens skull och inte heller några kostnader för inköp av nya möbler har behövts. Stort TACK för det!



What happens in the lounge and on the roof terrace then?

Well, we have made a change there as several of our outdoor furniture on the terrace are broken and the lounge is overfurnished and needs an airier atmosphere. This is so that all of us members can feel comfortable there and be able to take part in our nice lounge all year round and our roof terrace mainly during the spring, summer and autumn season.
We have therefore removed and discarded the broken furniture on the roof terrace and replaced it with one part of the sofa group in the lounge. We have arranged 3 slightly smaller seating groups on the roof terrace than the 2 larger ones that were there before.
In the lounge there is a sofa group left on one half of the room and on the other half of the room we will place 2-3 groups with individual cafe type tables shortly which will be donated to us.
This results in an airier and more spacious atmosphere in the lounge and we are convinced that the members who occasionally want to stay there will enjoy the new arrangement both in the lounge and on the roof terrace.
The best thing is that it did not entail any costs for the association as those who carried out this job, Annika, Rulle and Laszlo carried out the work on a voluntary basis both for their own sake and for the sake of the association, and no costs for the purchase of new furniture were needed either. Thank you so much for that!
 

Förbjudet att kasta ut fimpar genom fönstren / Forbidden to throw cigarette butts out the windows

På förekommen anledning måste vi återigen informera om att det är förbjudet att kasta ut fimpar genom fönstren https://www.brfkistatorn.se/mitt-boende/trivselregler. Förutom obehag och otrygghetskänsla hos den som drabbas kan fimpen i värsta fall orsaka eldsvåda hos någon boende som får in fimpen genom sitt fönster eller på Innergården. Detta rubriceras som ett brott av typen allmänfarlig vårdslöshet och börjar det brinna blir rubriceras brottet som mordbrand.

In addition to discomfort and a sense of insecurity for the person affected, the cigarette butt can, in the worst case, cause a fire in a residence who gets the cigarette butt through their window or in the inner garden. This is classed as a crime of the type of public dangerous negligence and when it starts to burn, the crime is classed as arson.

Påminnelse om djurförbudet på takterrassen! / Reminder about the ban off pets on the roof terrace!

På förekommen anledning ber vi er som trotsar förbudet och låter era husdjur vistas/besöka takterrassen vänligen respektera förbudet.
Skälet till beslutet om djurförbud på takterrassen är följande:
- Medlemmar har låtit rastat sin hund medvetet eller eller inte förstått hundens behov av att markera revir genom att urinera. 
- Hänsyn till eventuell allergi eller rädsla för hundar.
- Takterrassen är till för alla föreningens medlemmars komfort, trivsel och trygghet. 

Att nonchalera husdjursförbudet är respektlöst och gör man det riskerar man att bli blockerad från att få tillträde på takterrassen.  




For the reason given, we ask those of you who defy the ban and let your pet stay/visit the roof terrace to please respect the ban.
The reason for the decision to ban pets on the roof terrace is as follows:
- Members have let their dog rest on purpose or have not understood the dog's need to mark territory by urinating.
- Consideration of possible allergies or fear of dogs.
- The roof terrace is for the comfort, well-being and security of all the association's members.

Ignoring the pet ban is disrespectful and if you do, you risk being blocked from gaining access to the roof terrace.

Uppdatering gällande hissarna / Update regarding our lifts

Tyvärr finns fortfarande inget datum för när reparation av mittenhissen kan starta. Schindler fortsätter att utreda felet och vem som ska stå för kostnaderna.

Parallellt med att Schindler genomför sin utredning av våra hissar så har styrelsen beslutat att genomföra en egen utredning av dessa. Föreningen har för detta anlitat en oberoende firma  som kommer och genomför en detaljerad kontroll av varje hiss, av alla delar i schakttopp (hissmaskiner mm) och grop och även under korg för att se styrningar mm.De kommer även titta på hissarnas historik och konstruktion. Detta för att kunna göra det så grundlig utredning som möjligt så vi får en rapport med samtliga fel och inställningar som hissarna har.

Utredningen kommer tyvärr medföra att vi bara kommer ha en hiss tillgänglig under dagarna 1-5 juni. De kommer då hit för att genomföra inspektion av hissarna.

Försök gärna planera när ni behöver använda hiss under dessa dagar.

 

Styrelsens önskemål är även att de bara stoppar hiss mellan 9-15 så vi undviker när det är högtryck.

 

 

Unfortunately, there is still no date for when repairs to the center lift can start. Schindler continues to investigate the error and who will bear the costs.

In parallel with Schindler carrying out its investigation of our lifts, the board has decided to carry out its own investigation of these. For this, the association has hired an independent company that will come and carry out a detailed check of each lift, of all parts in the top of the shaft (elevator machines etc.) and pit and also under the basket to see controls etc.
They will also look at the history and construction of the lifts. This is to be able to carry out as thorough an investigation as possible so that we receive a report with all faults and settings that the lifts have.

The investigation will unfortunately mean that we will only have one lift available during the days 1-5 June. They will then come here to carry out an inspection of the lifts.

Please try to plan when you need to use the lift during these days.

 

The board's wishes are also that they only stop the lift between 9-15 so we avoid when there is high pressure.

Tack för en lyckad städdag! / Thank you for a successful cleaning day!

Styrelsen vill tacka alla boende som hjälpte till vid vårstädningen. Tillsammans gjorde vi stora insatser i söndags med bland annat ihop samling av skräp, städning av återvinningsrummet, sopning och städning av terrassen, trädgårdsarbete och mycket annat.

Efter utfört arbete intogs en god lunch med mycket trevliga samtal och förslag som styrelsen ska jobba vidare med för att förädla. 

Samtidigt hoppas styrelsen att fler av våra medlemmar kan känna att de också vill ta ansvar för att hålla vårt hus rent och snyggt. Att bo i en bostadsrätt innebär att vi har ett kollektivt ansvar för att hjälpa till med städdagar både på hösten och våren. Vi tror verkligen att vi kan upprätthålla denna höga standard om vi alla hjälps åt.

The board would like to thank all the residents who helped with the spring cleaning. Together we made big efforts Sunday 21st of May, with, among other things, collection of rubbish, cleaning of the recycling room, sweeping and cleaning of the terrace on floor 36, gardening and much more.

After the work was done, a good lunch was taken with very pleasant conversations and suggestions that the board should work on to refine.

At the same time, the board hopes that more of our members can feel that they also want to take responsibility for keeping our house clean and tidy. Living in a condominium means that we have a collective responsibility to help with cleaning days both in autumn and spring.

We truly believe that we can maintain this high standard if we all work together.
