Uppdatering om Varmvattenproblemet / Update on the hot water problem

Problemet med varmvattnet i den övre delen av fastigheten är fortfarande inte löst.
JM@Home fortsätter att felsöka utan att hitta en lösning. Styrelsen ligger på och ber om uppdateringar och kräver snabbast möjliga lösning.

JM@Home håller på att felsöka problemet med varmvattnet.

De utesluter inte att problemet kan finnas i någon lägenhet på våningarna 23 – 35.

Det de vill veta är ifall någon av er gjort något arbete kopplat till vattnet, bytt tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, blandare eller något annat.

De vill i så fall komma i kontakt mer er för att kunna kontrollera det. Skicka i så fall ett mail till styrelsen på och skriv vad ni gjort, samt lägenhetsnummer och kontaktuppgifter.
Helst med mobilnummer.









JM@Home is troubleshooting the problem with the hot water.

They do not rule out that the problem may be in any of the apartments on floors 23 – 35.

What they want to know is if any of you have done any work connected to the water, changed the washing machine, dishwasher, mixer or anything else.

In that case, they want to get in touch with you more to be able to check it. In that case, send an email to the board at and write what you have done, as well as the apartment number and contact details.
Preferably with a mobile number.

Uppdatering om Varmvattenproblemet

Vi vill informera er om att vi är medvetna om de besvär som varmvattensituationen orsakar. Vi arbetar intensivt tillsammans med experter och auktoriserade rörmokare för att hitta en långsiktig lösning på problemet. Tyvärr tar det längre tid än vi önskar.

Arbetet pågår för fullt och vi gör vårt bästa för att åtgärda detta så snart som möjligt.

Update on the hot water problem

We want to inform you that the board is aware of the problems caused by the hot water situation.
We are working intensively with experts and authorized plumbers to find a long-term solution to the problem. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than we would like.

The work is in process and we are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and will update as soon as we have new information.

Service hiss nr 1 / Service lift no 1

Schindler kommer att ta in den nya gejderna till hiss 1 på torsdag och fredag mellan 09:00 - 15:00.
Det innebär att de stänger av plan 0, entreplanen under dessa tider.



Schindler will bring in the new guide to lift 1 on Thursday and Friday between 09:00 and 15:00.
This means that they switch off plan 0, the entrance plan, during these times.

Administrering av garageplatser / Management of garage spaces

Från och med 1:a juli 2024 kommer administrationen av garageplatserna skötas av Simpleko och garageövervakningen av Securitas.

Om man framöver vill ha en p-plats i garaget så loggar man in på sin egen sida hos Simpleko och ställer sig i kö där och så blir man tilldelad en p-plats så snart det finns en ledig.
Vill man säga upp sin p-plats loggar man in på sin egen sida hos Simpleko och öppnar ett ärende. Då hjälper Simpleko hjälper till med att säga upp platsen.
Faktureringen av p-platsen kommer att komma med avgiftsavin.

Bor ni i andra hand och vill ha en p-plats så måste lägenhetsinnehavaren skaffa en p-plats åt er.

Om ett fordon står felparkerad på din p-plats så kontaktar du Securitas som kommer och bötfäller den felparkerade bilen.

Priserna för p-platserna är oförändrade.

If a vehicle is illegally parked in your parking lot, you contact Securitas who will come and fine the illegally parked car.
