Det har kommit till styrelsen kännedom att det sprids falska rykten gällande upphandlingen av föreningens nya avtal med Bahnhof. Det påstås att det har utbetalats provision i samband med att avtalet tecknats och att det är ett dyrare avtal vi valt.

Härmed kommer vi med en kommentar och fakta kring frågan.

Vi rekommenderar att alla medlemmar som har funderingar eller frågor kring, hur avtal tecknas eller vilka beslut styrelsen tagit i olika frågor gällande föreningen, att kontakta styrelsen direkt då vi jobbar väldigt öppet & sakligt i våra frågor och är väldigt behjälpliga med information. Det finns inget utrymme för provisioner och andra förmåner för styrelsemedlemmar. Det är alltid medlemsnyttan som ledstjärnan för oss.

Vi ser allvarligt på att man sprider falska och grundlösa rykten som kan komma att skada föreningen på olika sätt. Detta riskerar även att leda till onödig förvirring och oro bland medlemmarna.

Hur tecknas avtal med tjänsteleverantörer idag?
- En första kontakt inleds med en förfrågan om offert där man även specificerar vad man är intresserad av.

Hur många offerter brukar ni jämföra?
- Vi tar oftast in flera offerter (3st), Vid mindre belopp så gör vi inte alltid det.
- Vi värdesätter pålitliga aktörer med god kännedom.

Vilka tar det slutgiltiga beslutet?
- Det är styrelsen tillsammans som tar ett beslut baserat på de offerter vi fått in.

Vad baserar ni beslutet på?
- Det baseras på olika delar bland annat priset, kvalitén & kundtjänsten.

Vilka konkurrerande tjänsteleverantörer fick vi offerter från?
- Vid denna omgång 2024 så konkurrerade Bahnhof, Telia & Tele2 med varandra.

Vad beslutade styrelsen om?
- Styrelse tog beslut om att fortsätta med Bahnhof som även bytt sin tv leverans till Allente.
- De var billigast, En fungerande utrustning med switchar från central till flera våningar, en fungerande kundtjänst på vardagar och helger för både tv & bredband.
- Vi valde även att sänka priset ännu mer till ett Must Carry tv paket med ett liknande kanalpaket som vi haft tidigare.
  Detta gav oss en total kostnad på 92 kr per lägenhet vilket innebär en sänkning mot tidigare avtal som vi gladligen tackade för.

• We generally obtain multiple quotes (usually three). For smaller amounts, this is not always done.
• We value reliable providers with strong expertise.

• The decision is made collectively by the board, based on the quotes received.

• The decision is based on various factors, including price, quality, and customer service.

Which competing service providers submitted quotes?

• In this round, 2024, Bahnhof, Telia, and Tele2 were competing.

What did the board decide?

• The board decided to continue with Bahnhof, which also switched its TV delivery to Allente.
• They offered the lowest price, functional equipment with switches from the central hub to multiple floors, and effective customer service on weekdays and weekends for both TV and broadband.
• We also opted to reduce the price further by selecting a Must Carry TV package with a similar channel lineup to what we had before.
  This resulted in a total cost of 92 SEK per apartment, a reduction compared to the previous contract, which we were pleased to accept.

Vi har tidigare gått ut med information om förändringarna i kommande Tv & Bredbands avtal. Nu har vi fått mer information och det är lite ändringar som kommer gälla.

Utbudet från Tv -Allente

- På grund av missförstånd gick vi tidigare ut med fel paketering vad gäller kanalutbudet från Allente

- Vi hade fått sänkta kostnader och mer kanaler vilket vi tyckte var lite för bra för att vara sant, Och så var det, Det är givetvis ett grundutbud likt de vi haft tidigare som gäller.

- Kanaler som kommer ingå i vår Must Carry lösning hos Allente är SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen och SVT Barn, samt lokala kanaler från SVT och TV4

Sammanfattningsvis
