I morgon, torsdag, den 23/4, kommer det målas om utanför hissarna, hissdörrar och ramen runt om.

Det är planerat köra igång vid 9-tiden och kommer pågå till kvällen. Allt beroende på hur det går. Under det arbetet kommer vi behöva stopp hissar.

Målaren börjar med två hissar på morgonen, och när de är klara målas den tredje hissen. Det kommer även att sättas upp hörnlister för att skydda hörnen på hissfronterna.

Tomorrow, Thursday, April 23, the outside of the elevators, elevator doors and the frame around them will be repainted.

It is planned to start at 9 am and will last until the evening.

Everything depends on how it goes. During that work, we will need to stop elevators.

The painter will start with two elevators in the morning, and when they are finished, the third elevator will be painted. Corner moldings will also be installed to protect the corners of the elevator fronts.

Styrelsen och era grannar har nu nått en absolut gräns. Under flera års tid har ett fåtal individer systematiskt kastat ut matrester och andra produkter direkt från sina fönster. Detta är inte bara extremt ohygieniskt och respektlöst mot era grannar, det lockar även till sig skadedjur och förstör vår gemensamma boendemiljö.

Detta beteende ska upphöra omedelbart.

Konsekvenser för föreningens ekonomi

Om detta inte upphör direkt kommer styrelsen att tvingas installera omfattande kameraövervakning på fasaden. Detta är en mycket kostsam investering som drabbar alla medlemmars ekonomi och föreningens gemensamma kapital helt i onödan.

Vid identifiering av skyldig part

Vi vill vara mycket tydliga med vad som händer när den skyldige identifieras:

• Skadestånd: Den person som bär ansvaret kommer att hållas personligt betalningsansvarig för samtliga kostnader rörande kamerautrustning, installation och sanering.
• Rättsliga åtgärder: Föreningen kommer att vidta juridiska åtgärder för att skydda fastigheten och medlemmarna.
• Förverkande av nyttjanderätt: Att kasta ut föremål från ett höghus innebär en allvarlig säkerhetsrisk och en grov störning. Vi kommer att inleda en process för vräkning och tvångsförsäljning av den aktuella bostadsrätten.

Vi är många som trivs i Kista Torn och vi tänker inte låta ett fåtal personer förstöra för majoriteten. Om du har gjort iakttagelser som kan hjälpa oss att identifiera från vilket fönster föremålen kastas, vänligen kontakta

Consequences for the Association's Finances

If this does not cease at once, the Board will be forced to install extensive CCTV surveillance on the building's facade. This is a very costly investment that will unnecessarily impact every member's finances and the association's collective capital.

Actions Against the Responsible Party

We want to be very clear about the consequences once the guilty party is identified:

• Damages: The person responsible will be held personally liable for all costs regarding camera equipment, installation, and sanitation.
• Legal Action: The association will take legal steps to protect the property and its members.
• Forfeiture of Residency: Throwing objects from a high-rise building poses a serious safety risk and constitutes a severe disturbance. We will initiate the process for eviction and forced sale of the apartment in question.

The vast majority of us enjoy living in Kista Torn, and we will not allow a few individuals to ruin it for everyone else. If you have made any observations that could help us identify which window the items are being thrown from, please contact the Board.

Information till medlemmar - Arbeten i garaget

Vi har ett antal platser I garaget där asfalten är skadad I form av gropar. Detta har vi reklamerat till JM som ett garantifel. Nu har JM tagit på sig att åtgärda detta.

Det innebär att det kommer utföras arbete med detta under några veckor. Berörda plan är -2, -1 och 0.
I samband med detta så kommer det låta en del, damma och ibland lukta, då de behöver lägga nytt spärrskikt och asfalt.
Entreprenören kommer göra vad de kan för att minimera detta, men kan inte helt undvika det.
Det kommer även, till och från, utföras transporter in och ut från garaget. När det gäller lukt i samband med detta så har de intygar att det är ofarligt och inget som är hälsovådligt.

De som har platser som berörs kommer bli aviserade separat och få tillfälliga platser i garaget.

Arbetet påbörjas måndagen den 13 april och pågå under 5-6 veckor.

Information to Members – Work in the Garage

There are several areas in the garage where the asphalt has been damaged, resulting in potholes. This has been reported to JM as a warranty issue. JM has now committed to carrying out the necessary repairs.

This means that work will be carried out over a period of several weeks. The affected levels are -2, -1, and 0.
During this time, there will be some noise, dust, and occasional odors, as a new sealing layer and asphalt need to be applied. The contractor will do their best to minimize these disturbances, but they cannot be completely avoided.

There will also be transportation to and from the garage during the work. Any odors that may occur in connection with the work have been confirmed to be harmless and not hazardous to health.

Members with affected parking spaces will be notified separately and will be provided with temporary parking spaces in the garage.

The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13, and will continue for approximately 5–6 weeks.
