Information till medlemmar - Arbeten i garaget
Vi har ett antal platser I garaget där asfalten är skadad I form av gropar. Detta har vi reklamerat till JM som ett garantifel. Nu har JM tagit på sig att åtgärda detta.
Det innebär att det kommer utföras arbete med detta under några veckor. Berörda plan är -2, -1 och 0.
I samband med detta så kommer det låta en del, damma och ibland lukta, då de behöver lägga nytt spärrskikt och asfalt.
Entreprenören kommer göra vad de kan för att minimera detta, men kan inte helt undvika det.
Det kommer även, till och från, utföras transporter in och ut från garaget. När det gäller lukt i samband med detta så har de intygar att det är ofarligt och inget som är hälsovådligt.
De som har platser som berörs kommer bli aviserade separat och få tillfälliga platser i garaget.
Arbetet påbörjas måndagen den 13 april och pågå under 5-6 veckor.

Information to Members – Work in the Garage
There are several areas in the garage where the asphalt has been damaged, resulting in potholes. This has been reported to JM as a warranty issue. JM has now committed to carrying out the necessary repairs.
This means that work will be carried out over a period of several weeks. The affected levels are -2, -1, and 0.
During this time, there will be some noise, dust, and occasional odors, as a new sealing layer and asphalt need to be applied. The contractor will do their best to minimize these disturbances, but they cannot be completely avoided.
There will also be transportation to and from the garage during the work. Any odors that may occur in connection with the work have been confirmed to be harmless and not hazardous to health.
Members with affected parking spaces will be notified separately and will be provided with temporary parking spaces in the garage.
The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13, and will continue for approximately 5–6 weeks.
