Som styrelsen tidigare aviserat att man kommer justera ner avgiften om elpriset sjunker varaktigt, gör att vi i nu kan justera ner priset från 3,00 kr/KWh till 2,30 kr/KWh.

Det nya priset gäller från och med 1:a Juni 2024





Price reduction of electric car charging


As the board previously announced that the fee will be adjusted if the electricity price drops permanently, we can now adjust the price from 3.00 sek/KWh to 2.30 sek/KWh.

The new price applies from 1 June 2024

Trevlig nyhet om hiss nr 3 (brand- räddningshissen)/Good news about lift no. 3 (fire- rescue lift)

På fredag den 17 maj kommer Dekra hit och besiktigar den vänstra hissen (brand- räddningshissen nr 3). Om det går bra så körs den igång efter besiktningen.


On Friday 17 May, Dekra will come here and inspect the left lift (fire rescue lift no. 3). If it goes well, it will be started after the inspection.

MITTENHISSEN (nr 2) ÄR FELANMÄLD DÅ ETT FLERTAL KNAPPAR INTE FUNGERAR/THE CENTRAL LIFT (no. 2) IS ERROR REPORTED BECAUSE A SEVERAL OF BUTTONS DO NOT WORK

Ett flertal knappar i mittenhissen (nr 2) fungerar inte så den är felanmäld och Schindler kommer i morgon för att åtgärda felet.

Several buttons in the center elevator (no. 2) do not work, so it has been reported as faulty and Schindler will come tomorrow to fix the fault.

 

 

NYTT OM GRILLMÖJLIGHETER/NEWS ABOUT BARBECUE FACILITIES

En av de två grillarna har flyttats permanent till norra delen av takterrassen utanför Samlingslokalen. Den är till för alla medlemmar att använda när som men om Samlingslokalen är bokad har den som hyr lokalen företräde att använda grillen om de så vill. 

One of the two grills has been moved permanently to the northern part of the roof terrace outside the Meeting Room. It is for all members to use whenever, but if the meeting room is booked, the person renting the room has priority to use the grill if they wish.

Årsstämma-Fullmakter/Annual General Meeting-Proxies

Kära medlemmar,

Under de senaste dagarna har styrelsen fått in flera rapporter om personer som knackar på hos de boende med blanka fullmakter och ber dem skriva på.

Vi vill betona att den nuvarande styrelsen inte har någonting med detta att göra.

Om någon har skrivit på en fullmakt och ångrar sig har de full rätt att återkalla sin fullmakt. Det bästa sättet att säkerställa att din röst blir hörd är att närvara personligen vid årsstämman den 23 maj.

Om du närvarar personligen på årsstämman kommer tidigare signerade fullmakter automatiskt att ogiltigförklaras.

Kom ihåg att ta med dig giltig ID handling till årsstämman.

In recent days, the board has received several reports of people knocking on the door of the residents with blank powers of attorney and asking them to sign.

We want to emphasize that the current board has nothing to do with this.

If someone has signed a power of attorney and regrets it, they have every right to revoke their power of attorney. The best way to ensure that your voice is heard is to attend the AGM on May 23 in person.

If you attend the annual general meeting in person, previously signed powers of attorney will automatically be declared invalid.

Remember to bring a valid ID document with you to the annual general meeting.
