Status hissarna / Status on the elevators.

Styrelsen har nu antagit offerten från Schindler på reparation av gejdrarna i hissarna.
Gejdrar är de ledskenor som styr hissen. I mittenhissen är gejdrarna allvarligt skadade, vilket är orsaken till att den står still. Men även i de andra hissarna behöver gejdrarna åtgärdas.

Styrelsen kommer nu att göra upp om en tidsplan med Schindler och återkommer så snart det finns information.
Vi måste förstås räkna med att det handlar om omfattande arbete som ska utföras på hissarna.
Styrelsens uppfattning har varit att det är Schindler som borde stå för kostnaden för reparationen.
Tyvärr var vi tvungna att gå med på Schindlers krav eftersom vi snart riskerar att stå helt utan fungerande hissar.

Dock fortsätter arbetet med att grundläggande utreda hissarna, liksom frågor om ansvar och vem som ska ta kostnader.
Styrelsen har tagit in konsulter som grundligt gått igenom hissarna och nu lämnat en rapport som styrelsen nu ska analysera.




The board has now accepted the quote from Schindler for repairing the guides in the elevators.
Guide rails are the guide rails that guide the elevator. In the middle elevator, the guides are seriously damaged, which is the reason why it is stationary. But also in the other lifts, the guides need to be repaired.

The board will now agree on a schedule with Schindler and will return as soon as there is information. We must, of course, expect that it involves extensive work to be carried out on the lifts.
The board's view has been that it is Schindler who should bear the cost of the repair. Unfortunately, we had to agree to Schindler's demands because we are soon in danger of being completely without working elevators.

However, the work continues to fundamentally investigate the elevators, as well as questions about responsibility and who will bear the costs. The board has brought in consultants who thoroughly went through the elevators and have now submitted a report that the board will now analyze.

Sopsugen avstängd from torsdag 22/6 – använd containern utanför återvinningsrummet. / The garbage disposal on level 0 is closed from Thursday 22/6 untíl further notice - use the container outside the recycling room.

Sopsugen kommer att vara avstängda till och med Augusti på grund av arbetet som Stockholm vatten och avfall utför utanför vår fastighet på Hanstavägen.

Detta medför att vi tyvärr måste slänga våra sopor på dem kärl som ligger placerade utanför återvinningsrummet  vid Hanstavägen. (se bilder)

Sopinkansten kommer att vara avstängda och det kommer INTE att gå att  slänga något avfall överhuvudtaget i sopinkasten under den här tiden,

Envac kommer att komma och tömma dessa kärl 2-3 ggr i veckan.

 

Tyvärr så har föreningen precis blivit informerade om detta och har dessvärre inte kunnat avisera i god tid.

The garbage disposals at level 0 will be closed until August due to the work that Stockholm water and waste is carrying out outside our property on Hanstavägen.

This means that we unfortunately have to throw our garbish in the bins that are located outside the recycling room at Hanstavägen. (see pictures)

The garbage disposals will be closed and NO waste can be thrown into the those during this time,

Envac will come and empty these vessels 2-3 times a week.

 

Unfortunately, the association has just been informed about this and unfortunately has not been able to notify in good time.

Behöver du tillfälligt låna en lastvagn? / Do you need to temporarily borrow a trolley?

Om du tillfälligt behöver låna en lastvagn för att få hjälp med transport inom huset har vi nu 2 vagnar till låns som vi förvarar i ett låst förråd på våning 0.
Det är bara att kontakta Styrelsen så hjälper vi dig att ta fram den för ett tillfälligt lån.
Anledningen till denna förvaring på ett ställe är att du vid behov att låna den nu slipper springa runt i huset och leta efter den.
Tidigare har de har stått lite här och där i huset, bl.a. i något av alla cykelförråd i huset eller på något av våra garageplan.
Nu vet du i vart fall var de finns????



If you temporarily need to borrow a trolleyto get help with transport within the house, we now have 2 trollies for loan that we keep in a locked storage room on floor 0.
Just contact the Board and we will help you produce it for a temporary loan.
The reason for this storage in one place is that if you need to borrow it now you don't have to run around the house looking for it.
In the past they have stood a little here and there in the house, i.a. in one of the bicycle storage rooms in the house or on one of our garage floors.
At least now you know where they are ????


Mäklarhuset kommer till vår lobby 19/6 / Mäklarhuset are coming to our lobby 19/6

Nu på måndag den 19/6 mellan kl 07-09:00 samt kl. 16:00-17:30 så kommer Mäklarhuset tillsammans med Nordea att komma till vår lobby och bjuda våra medlemmar på kaffe och bullar och presentera sig själva och sina tjänster.

Förbjudet att ställa om eller stänga av dörröppnarna / Forhibitted to resett or turn off the door openers.

Det har visa sig siat tiden att vissa av våra medlemmar har utvecklat en ovana att ställa om eller stänga av dörröppnarna, vilket skapar en besvärlig situation för dem som verkligen behöver tillgång till dem. Det finns medlemmar som sitter i rullstol samt familjen med barnvagnar.
Det är viktigt att vi som gemenskap är medvetna om hur våra handlingar påverkar andra och att vi agerar med respekt och hänsyn.

Uppmana gärna alla medlemmar att vara medvetna om behoven hos sina medmänniskor och undvika att ställa om eller stänga av dörröppnarna. Tillsammans kan vi skapa en miljö där alla kan känna sig välkomna.




It has become apparent over time that some of our members have developed a habit of resetting or disabling the door openers, creating an awkward situation for those who really need access to them.
There are members in wheelchairs as well as the families with baby carragies.
It is important that we as a community are aware of how our actions affect others and that we act with respect and consideration.

Please encourage all members to be aware of the needs of their fellow human beings and avoid resetting or turning off the door openers. Together we can create an environment where everyone can feel welcome.
