Förutom obehag och otrygghetskänsla hos den som drabbas kan fimpen i värsta fall orsaka eldsvåda hos någon boende som får in fimpen genom sitt fönster eller på Innergården. Detta rubriceras som ett brott av typen allmänfarlig vårdslöshet och börjar det brinna blir rubriceras brottet som mordbrand.

Tyvärr finns fortfarande inget datum för när reparation av mittenhissen kan starta. Schindler fortsätter att utreda felet och vem som ska stå för kostnaderna.

Parallellt med att Schindler genomför sin utredning av våra hissar så har styrelsen beslutat att genomföra en egen utredning av dessa. Föreningen har för detta anlitat en oberoende firma  som kommer och genomför en detaljerad kontroll av varje hiss, av alla delar i schakttopp (hissmaskiner mm) och grop och även under korg för att se styrningar mm.De kommer även titta på hissarnas historik och konstruktion. Detta för att kunna göra det så grundlig utredning som möjligt så vi får en rapport med samtliga fel och inställningar som hissarna har.

Utredningen kommer tyvärr medföra att vi bara kommer ha en hiss tillgänglig under dagarna 1-5 juni. De kommer då hit för att genomföra inspektion av hissarna.

Försök gärna planera när ni behöver använda hiss under dessa dagar.

Styrelsens önskemål är även att de bara stoppar hiss mellan 9-15 så vi undviker när det är högtryck.

Styrelsen vill tacka alla boende som hjälpte till vid vårstädningen. Tillsammans gjorde vi stora insatser i söndags med bland annat ihop samling av skräp, städning av återvinningsrummet, sopning och städning av terrassen, trädgårdsarbete och mycket annat.

Efter utfört arbete intogs en god lunch med mycket trevliga samtal och förslag som styrelsen ska jobba vidare med för att förädla. 

Samtidigt hoppas styrelsen att fler av våra medlemmar kan känna att de också vill ta ansvar för att hålla vårt hus rent och snyggt. Att bo i en bostadsrätt innebär att vi har ett kollektivt ansvar för att hjälpa till med städdagar både på hösten och våren. Vi tror verkligen att vi kan upprätthålla denna höga standard om vi alla hjälps åt.

The board would like to thank all the residents who helped with the spring cleaning. Together we made big efforts Sunday 21^st of May, with, among other things, collection of rubbish, cleaning of the recycling room, sweeping and cleaning of the terrace on floor 36, gardening and much more.

After the work was done, a good lunch was taken with very pleasant conversations and suggestions that the board should work on to refine.

At the same time, the board hopes that more of our members can feel that they also want to take responsibility for keeping our house clean and tidy. Living in a condominium means that we have a collective responsibility to help with cleaning days both in autumn and spring.

We truly believe that we can maintain this high standard if we all work together.
