Vi har tidigare gått ut med information om förändringarna i kommande Tv & Bredbands avtal. Nu har vi fått mer information och det är lite ändringar som kommer gälla.

Utbudet från Tv -Allente

- På grund av missförstånd gick vi tidigare ut med fel paketering vad gäller kanalutbudet från Allente

- Vi hade fått sänkta kostnader och mer kanaler vilket vi tyckte var lite för bra för att vara sant, Och så var det, Det är givetvis ett grundutbud likt de vi haft tidigare som gäller.

- Kanaler som kommer ingå i vår Must Carry lösning hos Allente är SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen och SVT Barn, samt lokala kanaler från SVT och TV4

- Man kommer givetvis kunna uppgradera och lägga till fler kanaler till ett förmånligt pris via Allente. (www.allente.se)

Sammanfattningsvis

- Grundutbudet är alltså SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen och SVT Barn, samt lokala kanaler från SVT och TV4, och inte det som kommunicerats ut tidigare.

- Vi kommer uppdatera hemsidan med korrekt info och broschyrer under dagen.

- Allt annat är enligt tidigare information, Vi får fortfarande en total sänkt kostnad, Routrar och nya Tv boxar kommer delas ut till samtliga lägenhet.

TV Offering from Allente

• Due to a misunderstanding, we previously communicated the wrong packaging regarding the channel offering from Allente.

• We had received reduced costs and more channels, which we thought was too good to be true. And that was indeed the case. It will, of course, be a basic package similar to what we've had before.

• The channels included in our Must Carry solution with Allente are SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen, and SVT Barn, as well as local channels from SVT and TV4.

Styrelsen har fått ny information från Bahnhof kring avtalet vi haft med Sappa som kan vara bra för samtliga att känna till.

Info

• Avtalet vi tecknade med Bahnhof 2019 gällde för både Bredband (Via Bahnhof) & Tv (Via Sappa)
• Bahnhofs avtal hade en uppsägningstid om 3 månader och Sappa låg med i samma avtal.

Bahnhof gjorde en miss

• Det visar sig att Bahnhof har en uppsägningstid mot Sappa på 1 år. 
• Detta finns inte med i några avtal då Bahnhof aldrig gjorde separata avtal på den tiden.
• Utan det som står i våra avtal är fortfarande 3 månader.

Bahnhof står för kostnaden

• Det nya avtalet vi tecknat med Bahnhof kommer fortfarande gälla med start i slutet på Oktober 2024.
• De kommer att stänga av Sappa signalen och lägga in Allente Signalen istället.
• Föreningen kommer inte behöva betala någon uppsägningstid för det kollektiva avtalet mot Sappa utan Bahnhof står för det.
• Vi hade ett avtal med Bahnhof och inte Sappa enligt avtalet.

När ni ringer in till Sappa för att säga upp era tillvalstjänster för er som lagt till det.

• Sappa kommer nämna att vi fortfarande har ett avtal till 2025-10-31.
• Det är sant rent tekniskt att vi har ett avtal men det är inget vår förening kommer använda då Bahnhof stänger av signalen och står för den kostnaden.
• Eventuella uppgraderingar som ni gjort behöver man säga upp då signalen via Sappas box inte kommer fungera.
• Har ni köpt playtjänster hos Sappa så kan man fortfarande använda dem via internet eller via deras Applikation, Så man behöver inte ta bort allt om man inte vill. Prata med Sappa i detta fall.

Det som tillhandahålls av föreningens avtal framöver är

• Bredband från Bahnhof om 1000 / 1000 Mbit/S
• Allente Tv med ett grundutbud, SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen och
  SVT Barn, samt lokala kanaler från SVT och TV4

• Bahnhof's agreement had a cancellation period of 3 months, and Sappa was included in the same agreement.

Bahnhof made a mistake

• It turns out that Bahnhof has a cancellation period with Sappa of 1 year.
• This is not included in any agreements, as Bahnhof never made separate agreements at that time.
• However, the agreements we have still state 3 months.

Bahnhof will cover the cost

• The new agreement we signed with Bahnhof will still take effect at the end of October 2024.
• They will switch off the Sappa signal and replace it with the Allente signal.
• The association will not have to pay any cancellation fees for the collective agreement with Sappa, as Bahnhof will cover it.
• We had an agreement with Bahnhof, not Sappa, according to the contract.

When you call Sappa to cancel your additional services (for those who added them)

• Sappa will mention that we still have an agreement until 2025-10-31.
